Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
HBOT
How it works
Before your first session, you’ll meet with our clinician for a brief medical review to confirm HBOT is safe for you and to determine the number of sessions that best fit your goals.
During treatment, you’ll settle into the chamber, relax, and breathe therapeutic oxygen as the pressure gradually increases to your personalized setting. Each session lasts about 60 minutes, and you’re welcome to use your electronic devices or watch TV on the built-in monitor while you unwind.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Is HBOT safe?
Yes, when administered under clinical supervision with proper protocols, HBOT is well-tolerated. We’ll review your health history and tailor the treatment to your needs.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals: some clients feel benefit after one session; others follow a series of sessions for deeper or chronic conditions. We’ll help create your plan. We offer package pricing for those who plan to do multiple sessions.
What does it feel like?
Most people feel relaxed during the treatment. Some describe a gentle pressure in the ears as the chamber rises in pressure, similar to an airplane ascent. Afterwards, you may feel energized or slightly tired for a short period.
Who should avoid HBOT?
While HBOT is broadly safe, it may not be recommended for people with untreated pneumothorax, certain ear/sinus issues, uncontrolled seizure disorders or some lung conditions, we’ll review all contraindications prior to scheduling.
